Kevin is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he was raised. Tatiana is a native of Minsk, Belarus (USSR) but was raised during her school years in Murmansk, Russia. Kevin attended William Jewell College, Liberty, Missouri, where he received a football and an academic scholarship. During that time he received a fresh baptism in the Holy Spirit and the Lord confirmed to him a call to missions as a pastor and teacher. He attended Rhema Bible College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, graduating from the School of Missions in 1985. From 1984 through 1990 he served in various ministry positions in both Oklahoma and Iowa. He was ordained into the ministry in 1990 and currently holds credentials with the Rhema Ministerial Association International and World Ministry Fellowship. Tatiana studied economics in St. Petersburg, Russia, and then graduated from the Murmansk Ministerial Training School and was ordained into the pastoral ministry in 1997; she also holds credentials with World Ministry Fellowship. From 1990 through 1993 Kevin served as the pastor of Church With a Mission in Waukee, Iowa. From October 1993 through April 1995 he served as an associate director and teacher with Calvary Bible Institute in Moscow, Russia, where he helped to train ministers, many of whom now serve throughout the former Soviet Union. It was here in Moscow that he met Pastor Dave Chism and became associated with YVF which played an integral part in the founding of Murmansk Christian Church, supporting Kevin and Tatiana for over 20 years as missionaries.

In the summer of 1980 he received Jesus as his Lord and Savior and began attending a small Calvary Chapel church in San Jose, California.  The church later moved to Campbell, California and was renamed The Home Church.  It was here that he became involved in children’s ministry, became a deacon then an elder.  It was also here that he met Judy his wife of 39 years.  Pete and Judy have three children: Robert, Stephen, and Tiffany along with three grandchildren: Rowan, Charlie, and Natalie.

In 1995 Pete and Judy began attending Yerington Vineyard Fellowship.  In 2001 he was hired by Yerington Vineyard Fellowship in the capacity of Church Administrator.  Pete’s vision for his job is to handle the administrative responsibilities of the church in such a way that the pastoral staff is free to focus on the study of God’s word, prayer, ministry to His flock and to prepare the church for growth.  Pete currently is the church treasurer and serves on the Board of Elders.
