We want your children to experience church in an exciting way too, which is why we have a children’s service (for first through fifth graders) where they will hear a Christ-centered story through an interactive message that is specifically tailored to them. We also have excellent nursery care for children from six weeks to kindergarten. You can read more about it here YVF Kids.

WHAT ARE YOUR WEEKEND SERVICES LIKE?
Each Sunday at YVF you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exciting, contemporary worship music and a practical, relevant message. You’ll also find a printed outline for notes in your bulletin that will help you make the most of each week’s teaching. Children are well-cared for in a loving, quality nursery and fun-filled Kids’ service.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN I VISIT FOR THE FIRST TIME?
We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for a while—and that’s fine with us! Come in and enjoy the service! When you are ready to get more connected, we have a visitor’s packet that we would love for you to take. You’ll find a connection card in the packet. Please fill out the card and place it in the offering box up front or the one in the foyer. Someone from our ministry team will reach out to you and be there to pray with you.
If you are looking for a church home, we ask only that you give YVF (or any other local church you visit) 3 visits before you decide. Why? Well, our Lord Jesus never fails, but we all have the random off day! It might be one of those days for you. It might be for us! We pray that the Lord will lead you to a local church in our community that will be the perfect home for you to grow in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

YVF is pretty casual. Come in what is comfortable for you!

We are located at 307 Broadway Ave in Yerington, Nevada, and our service starts at 9:30 AM.

At YVF your children are a top priority. Our nurseries are clean, safe, and staffed with loving volunteers. We offer a dynamic Children’s Ministry as well as a life-changing Student Ministry.
